Reniec digitalizes legal certificates

The Reniec of San Borja, has made all legal documents (birth, marriage and death certificates) into digital databases. Last year on the 20th of December the Societé General de Surveillance one of the worlds most important companies in digital certificates, gave their ‘thumbs up’ to the process.
So what does this mean? Well, now instead of wasting paper, you see your documents in any screen anywhere in the world and it will be considered a legal document. This many seen dangerous but the denominate 'Worm' does not allow people to change data only add and observe.
They have in mind to carry out this plan in all the municipalities of Lima and in the next 5 years all over Peru since around 2.500 birth certificates are handled by the municipalities of Peru daily.
