I didn't realize how many Peruvians live in Japan, but I don't think the statement that "Peru is home to the second largest Japanese population outside of Japan" is accurate. There's about 2 million Japanese in Brazil, making them the largest population, followed by the U.S. with about 1.2 million. I think Peru has the second highest Japanese population in South America.Add your comment
