Chiquitoy

Ingredients

2 ½ oz Acholado Pisco
½ oz Apple Liquor
½ oz Orange juice
¼ oz Cointreau
Ice to taste

Method

Place all of the ingredients in a shaker and shake for approximately 9 seconds and serve using a Hawthorne strainer.

Glass

12 oz. chilled Martini glass

Decoration

Place a thin slice of green apple floating on top of the mix and a green Maraschino cherry in the bottom of the glass.
