Ensalada de Mariscos / Seafood Salad

 


Ingredients

150 gr. peeled prawns
100 gr. cleaned clams
100 gr. firm white fish (your preference)
¾ cup of chopped tomato, without seeds
100 gr. mixed baby lettuce
1 cup of chopped mango or papaya

Dressing

¼ cup of chopped cilantro
¼ cup of shallot onion (or baby)
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of ají (your preference)
Salt and pepper to taste
¼ of a cup of extra virgin olive oil

Procedure:

Boil water, add salt. Cook seafood and fish for 5 minutes (or to you preference). Cut fish into cubes and let seafood cool. In a bowl, mix the seafood with tomatoes, mango and dressing. Then mix the ingredients with lettuce and enjoy.
