SAE Pisco Sour Night Following several requests from members, South American Explorers have decided to host a Pisco Sour Night at their clubhouse! This is your chance to learn some of the history behind Peru’s famous drink and other Pisco based cocktails, before getting practical to see who can make the perfect Pisco Sour. Starting Thursday, February 3, enjoy two for one pisco sours made by the bar of award-winning pisco sour shaker Roberto Melendez. On Pisco Sour Day, Saturday, there will be a grape-stomping event in the hotel's inner garden, with music by Fernando Alcalde and group. 
The city of Surco will celebrate Pisco Sour Day in its Parque de la Amistad, Friendship Park, with three days of beginner and pro Pisco Sour contests, food fairs, and live concerts with performances by local creole and Afro-Peruvian musical favorites like Eva Ayllón, Cecilia Barraza, Cecilia Bracamonte, the Héctor Terreros orchestra and Guajaja. 
Taberna 721 is hosting its fist Pisco Sour Festival, 1er. Festival del Sour. It will make available all type of fruit inspired sours for the occasion. Besides the traditional Pisco Sour you can have your pick of fruit based sours like maracuyá, cinnamon, coconut, raspberries and many more.
Asia Boulevard will celebrate Pisco Sour Day in a big way. It will host a festival where more 20 wine cellars will be exhibitiong their best Piscos and selling them at reduced prices. There will also be a demonstration by Johnny Schuler who will explain how to choose the best Pisco, a restaurants and celebrities cocktail contest as well as live concerts by Jean Paul Strauss and Jaime Cuadra.
For the ninth consecutive year, the city of San Miguel will host a three day festival to celebrate Pisco Sour Day. There will be a Pisco Sour contest, food fairs, Pisco exhibitions and sales as well as live folklore shows.
Lima's JW Marriott is paying homage to Pisco Sour Day with its three days of 2 for 1 Pisco Sours deal during Happy Hour. There will also be a live Creole Music show beginning at 8pm and its Lobby Sushi Bar will highlight Pisco based marinated dishes.
Aquavit Hotel and Casino is throwing a huge pool party to celebrate Pisco Sour Day. There will be Pisco Sour and jelly shot samples, music provided by DJ Jimmy C and DJ Resiente and plenty of surprises.
In honor of Pisco Sour Day, Swissôtel Lima's Lobby Bar will make available to its guest a series of drinks inspired by the famous lime cocktail celebrating its day. The cocktail roster will include, Maracuyá Sours, Coca Sours, Camu Camu Sours, Chicha Sours and more. It will also have a wide variety of Piscos available. The Pisco Sours and Pisco shots will be available at a 2 for 1 deal.
