When it I visited the spa with my couple, I had an appointment, but when I was there the double room (for couples) was occupied and they took care of to us in separated rooms, at the end of the session the water was cold and we were freezing. That was my experience.

I went to Peru to make the Inca trails and the experience was really amazing, but after that I need some relax. I stayed my last night in Peru in the Country Hotel next to this Spa... I ask for the prices and they were not expensive, so I decided to take a Full Day Spa...It was the best decision ever! I had a massage, facial and exfoliation and I felt really renovated!

I went to Yaku for a shampoo and blow dry which turned out fine but the young lady who did it wanted to convince me that my hair needed a cut, that it lacked movement", etc. and that she would do a great job because she had won all kinds of hair cutting awards and knew exactly what my hair needed (!?). Of course, I said no thanks - because I never have my hair cut by someone I know nothing about and because I had just gotten a hair cut at a good salon in NYC (actually, one of THE BEST salons in NYC). She was annoying but I can't complain about the blow dry.

As I am living in Lima since 10 years, I know about 10 or more SPA-s.
I went there with my wife and we had massage in separate cabins. The following is the same opinion of my wife.
The place is clean, price is middle to high in comparism to other Spa's.
The bad part is, that the staff is not friendly as I am used too from other Spa's in Lima. The best one with the friendliest staff seems to be the Windsor, which is one of the most antique Spa's in Lima.
The massage was of a middle to poor quality.
There are a lot others which are better. It is just the name as they say SPA at the "Country Club Hotel", but it has nothing to do with this great Hotel.
